Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 21 days upon receipt for a full refund of your purchase price under our Money Back Guarantee.

  1. Returns are accepted 21 days upon receipt. If you are within this timeframe and wish to return, please reach out to our Customer Service via email at support@zsbrands.com.
  2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with the information you need to send the item to us.
  3. We do not cover return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds for returned products are processed within approximately seven (7) days after they are received.
  5. Once a refund is issued, funds can take up to 5–7 days to return to the original payment method.
  6. Return window after approval: Once your return request is approved, tracking information must be sent to TORNADOPRO within seven (7) days. Failure to comply may result in your order not being refunded.
